EMBASSY ATTESTATION
Quick and easy legalisation process
We specialise in the legalisation of documents, this means that we can ensure your documents will meet the embassy’s requirements, before we submit them. We are able to guarantee a quick turnaround because we have couriers who visit embassies on a daily basis. They have a detailed knowledge of the embassies processing times and also their requirements. The time to process the documents, of course varies on the embassy and their specific processing time, but we process your documents without delay, in order to get the documents turnaround in the quickest possible time.

Procedures
The first stage of the process is to check your document. Some documents require a preliminary step of solicitor or public notary certification or even a certified copy of an original to be made, before an apostille can be placed on them. During the initial evaluation, we can advise whether the document can be apostilled, and if it can be apostilled, whether a preliminary step is required. Some documents must be original and cannot be a copy, in order for it to be possible for it to be apostilled. We have an in-house solicitor who is able to certify your document for a nominal fee.
For a ‘same day apostille service’ we will personally visit the Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) to get the apostille issued. Once it is ready, then we will return the document to you as soon as possible via class post. This can also be done both nationally and internationally via courier or airmail for an additional fee.
Documents delivered on time
We know how important it is to receive your document on time and so we aim to ensure that your documents are issued within the same day upto a maximum of 4 business days depending on which service you opt for. At all stages of the process we provide service updates and upon completion of your order, we provide a scan of the document to your email. This means that you can view the document, while you are waiting to receive the document through post or courier.
How does the process work?
First is you scanning the document to us and show the originals on a video call service (GRUVEO) or alternatively you send the documents to our office.
Secondly is the preparation of the document. We are able to certify, legalise, notarise or translate (as necessary) the document, then take them to the FCO for the apostille to be issued.
Finally is the return of the document. We return the document (copy or original) to you.
